Yesterday was the first day of May...it's hard to believe that we are in the final month of school. We will be busy for the next 4 weeks.
Math-Geometry: We are working on 2D and 3D shapes, as well as types of angles.
Science-Life cycles: We are currently watching our tadpoles grow each day, as well as beginning to watch our
lima bean seeds sprout. Our class will also learn about the life cycle of a butterfly.
ELA-We are reading many books by Kevin
Henkes and working on writing about connections we have (text-to text, text-to-self, text-to-world). This week we will begin working on our final writing project of the year.
